• Eligible Returned Items such as wrong item/size/quantity sent and/or manufacturing defect(s); under these conditions we cover the shipping costs to send the items back to us.
  • We make every best effort to provide highest quality products to our customers; all products have passed a thorough Quality Control inspection before shipping and our products are packaged in sturdy purpose-built hard boxes that are capable of sustaining normal transport conditions with DHL shipping.
