We are delighted that you have shopped with us. We trust that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, however if you encounter any issues with the item(s) you just received, you may request a return in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy below:


  • Full priced items/not marked as Sale from our catalogue that meet our Return Conditions are eligible for a refund via the original payment method or store credit.
  • Final Sale items are eligible for a store credit only.
  • We always recommend you use tracked delivery for your packages as we cannot be held responsible for any lost deliveries.
  • It is important to note that all items must be returned in new unworn condition, in their original box/bag, and with all tags originally attached (including the Andriany hang/price tag and the outside security label); any alteration, stain, mark, sign of use, will be a cause for rejection and we will send the items back to you.



  • If you find any issues with your purchase, you must make a claim within 7 days of receipt of the items. 
  • You are required to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us prior to shipping (within 7 days of receipt of the items), otherwise your claim will not be accepted. To do so, please send an email to customercare@andriany.com , explaining which items are requested to be returned, the order number, the reason for the return and any supporting information you may deem valuable (unboxing video, copy of invoice and/or photos).
  • We will review your request and issue the RMA upon review and validation of your claim within 1-2 business days.
  • Once you have received our RMA, you may ship the items to the address provided in our reply, do not forget to include the RMA number inside the package (a printed copy of our email will do just fine).
  • You must ship your returned items to us within 14 days of receipt of the items. Any returned items sent to us beyond the 14 days of your receipt will be a cause of rejection and we will send the items back to you.
    • Once we receive your package, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
    • Card refunds may take 7-10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time, please check with your bank for any more information regarding processing times. 
    • Store credit refunds may take 2-3 business days of receiving the items, you will receive an email from us of the gift card code.



    • Store credit is issued in the form of an online gift card. It can only be used at andriany.com. It cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one gift card can be used per transaction. It is valid for three years from the date of issue.



    • At this time, unfortunately we are unable to accept exchanges. Please request a return and create a new order to replace the items.
    • Made-to-order items are not eligible for a refund or store credit as they are specially made just for you, unless deemed faulty by our team, please see our Return Conditions
